The policy covers this website, Decision Lab, Decision Councils, Strategy Chamber, Play This Out, memberships, community participation, inquiries, downloadable resources, experience records, analytics, and email communications.

A private reflection is not permission to publish it.
When you complete a Decision Lab Experience Record, Brake Your Limit stores the information needed to preserve that record, generate your chosen outputs, understand how its experiences are used, and follow up only where you request it.
Permissions for anonymous reporting, excerpts, case-study contact, attributed quotations, and later follow-up are requested separately. Nothing is posted to Skool automatically. Identifying contact information is separated from the anonymous research view used for aggregate analysis.

Clock Decisions and Decision Radar.
Decision Radar shows the minimum community information needed to direct attention while a Clock Decision is active.
Members may submit a display title, decision type, deadline, requested input, status, discussion link, and outcome link. Private administrative records may also contain a member name, update history, uncertainty, waiting costs, and notes. Member names and raw private responses are not included in the Radar display.
Decision Radar is intended for authorized Decision Lab members. Google Forms, Google Sheets, and Google Apps Script provide the underlying form, storage, calculation, and transfer infrastructure.
Decision Lab Signal.
The Decision Lab Signal is optional and uses confirmed subscription.
You may request it during member onboarding or through the website. Website subscribers must confirm the address from an email before being added. The Signal may continue after a trial or membership ends until the subscriber changes preferences or unsubscribes.
The Signal may feature display-safe summaries of shared decisions and outcomes, public field notes, a note from Ian, and relevant invitations. It does not include identifying member names, raw private responses, or protected matters that were never posted for community learning.
Resend processes subscriber details, selected interests, subscription preferences, delivery information, and limited engagement information where enabled. Every Signal includes a preference and unsubscribe route.
Play This Out guests.
A guest application starts an editorial review. It does not promise an invitation or publication.
Guest suggestions and applications may include contact details, biography, story ideas, source links, prior coverage, and practical recording information. Invited guests may then receive a private research link so the production can check facts, understand boundaries, and prepare a better conversation.
The invited-guest page is protected by a rotatable invitation code and excluded from public navigation, the sitemap, search indexing, and public caching. The link is private, but it is not a personal account, so guests should not forward it.
Completing guest research is not permission to publish every detail supplied. Recording, quotation, attribution, and publication arrangements are handled separately. Podcast questions can be sent to podcast@brakeyourlimit.com; privacy requests can be sent to privacy@brakeyourlimit.com.

If accepted, Google Analytics helps Brake Your Limit understand which pages, links, assessments, and inquiry routes are useful. The site records broad interaction events rather than the content of your decisions, forms, or messages. If you decline, the Google analytics tag is not loaded.
Your choice is stored in your browser and can be cleared through your browser storage controls. Necessary security, hosting, and form-delivery processing may still occur so the website can function.
